Gurkha Momo was founded by Mr and Mrs Pradhan, whose lifelong dedication to Nepalese cuisine has shaped our journey.

After meeting in the 1980s and spending decades perfecting their craft in restaurants across West London, Nepal and Thailand, they opened their first restaurant in Ruislip in 2000, followed by another in Denham. Both quickly became known for authentic flavours, exceptional service and a loyal following.

Recognising the growing demand for Nepalese momos, the Pradhans established a small production unit in Park Royal, London. What began as a family venture has since grown into the UK’s leading supplier of handmade momos — made fresh daily, instantly frozen for quality, and distributed nationwide.

Today, Gurkha Momo is a fully licensed and regulated food manufacturer, approved to sell across the UK and Europe. Every momo is handmade on-site by our skilled team, following time-honoured Himalayan recipes to preserve authentic taste and texture.
